Therefore, all live bait inventory is subject to availability. Due to the delicate nature of live goods, we cannot offer warranties on these products, and all live bait sales are final once they leave our shop. Returns and refunds
We stand by the quality of our fishing tackle. If you receive defective merchandise, you may return it within 5 to 10 business days of purchase with valid proof of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom orders, sale items, and used tackle are non-returnable. For online orders, please ensure your shipping address is accurate. PPP Bait Shop is not responsible for spoiled bait or delayed orders resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
